Patriotic Creations Digital Product License

1. Ownership

All artwork, graphics, designs, text layouts, digital files, printable products, and related materials sold or distributed by Patriotic Creations remain the property of Patriotic Creations unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase gives you a license to use the files according to these terms. It does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

2. Personal Use License

Unless a product clearly states that it includes commercial-use rights, all products are sold under a personal-use license.

A personal-use license allows you to download, print, and use the purchased files for your own personal, household, church, gift, or non-commercial creative use.

3. What You May Do

With a personal-use license, you may:

• Download and save the purchased files to your own computer or device.
• Print the designs for your own personal use.
• Frame and display printed wall art in your home, office, classroom, or church.
• Print bumper sticker designs for your own personal use.
• Use printed designs as personal gifts for family, friends, veterans, church members, or others.
• Use the designs in personal craft projects, scrapbooks, displays, or décor.

4. What You May Not Do

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the original digital files.
• Sell the designs as digital downloads on any website, marketplace, or platform.
• Upload the files to Etsy, Gumroad, Payhip, Creative Fabrica, Canva, Design Bundles, or any other marketplace for resale or sharing.
• Claim the designs as your own original work.
• Register the designs, or any part of them, as a trademark or copyright.
• Use the designs in print-on-demand products for sale unless commercial rights are specifically included.
• Sell physical products made from the designs unless commercial rights are specifically included.
• Use the designs in any obscene, hateful, pornographic, anti-Christian, anti-American, defamatory, or unlawful material.

5. Commercial Use

Commercial use is not included unless the product listing clearly states that commercial rights are included.

If a product includes commercial-use rights, the product description will explain what is allowed. Commercial use may include permission to sell a limited number of physical printed products made from the design, but it does not allow resale or sharing of the original digital files.

6. Digital File Sharing

Your purchase is for your use only. Please do not email, upload, post, share, or distribute the purchased files to others. Friends, family members, churches, businesses, or organizations who want to use the files should purchase their own copy.

7. Printing

You may print the files at home, through a local print shop, through an office supply store, or through an online printing service for allowed personal uses.

Patriotic Creations is not responsible for print quality differences caused by printer settings, paper type, ink, monitor color settings, print shop adjustments, or file resizing.

8. Digital Product Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a problem with your files, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

9. File Access

After purchase, you are responsible for downloading and saving your files. We recommend storing a backup copy on your computer, external drive, or cloud storage.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Patriotic Creations products in any way that promotes hatred, violence, pornography, illegal activity, harassment, deception, or content that attacks Christianity, America, veterans, military families, law enforcement, or other protected individuals or groups.

11. Changes To These Terms

Patriotic Creations may update these license terms at any time. The current version posted on this page applies to purchases made from this website unless a product listing provides different written terms.
